Ordering a Custom Surfboard

Ordering a custom surfboard can sometimes feel intimidating, but we're here to help. Our goal is to make the process enjoyable and ensure you get the board you envisioned. Let's get started!
Custom boards take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to complete depending on the time of year, nature of the order and availability of materials.
$350 minimum deposit required to start order.

Step 1: Submit Custom Order Form
Fill out and submit our online Custom Order Form. We will get back to you with recommendations and a price quote.
Step 2: Schedule an appointment to meet with Yerxa
Schedule an appointment with Matt Yerxa, either in person or over the phone, to discuss design details, dimensions, fin setup, and glass job specifications. You'll have the opportunity to talk about your performance goals, the type of waves you want the board to excel in, and your likes and dislikes about your current boards. Let's work together to create your magic board.
Step 3: Place your order
After meeting with Matt and finalizing your order, we will send you an invoice containing all the details of your custom board order. The invoice will also include a deposit link. Once we receive the deposit we will start working on your custom board right away. Please refer to the current estimated turnaround time indicated at the top of this page.
